❋ Program - The Curated Memory Table

Some Moments

Deserve to be Remembered

A curated culinary experience for the people who matter most to your business.

❋ WHAT IS THIS PROGRAM

This is Not

a Restaurant Dinner.

The Memory Table is something rarer — a fully curated culinary experience by the world-class chef where your guests don't just eat together, they create together.

Business relationships are often built on what people do — their role, their function, their deliverables. The Memory Table creates the time and space to discover who people are outside of workplace.

Guided by Peter Offenhäuser and Ting Wu, the evening unfolds naturally — with moments of surprise, warmth, and shared joy woven in throughout. Nobody performs. Nobody presents. Everyone simply shows up, cooks together, and finds out what happens when real connection is given the space to breathe.

“The best business relationships are not built in boardrooms.

They are built around tables.”

Why Chinese Home Cooking?

As Sophisticated as French. As Creative as Japanese.

And Still the Least Understood in the West.

A Philosophy of Balance — A culinary system rooted in harmony — of flavour, texture, and season

Rare Authentic Access — A singular offering in Munich, defined by authenticity and craft

A Curated Experience of Connection — Beyond a regular cooking class. A journey of taste, culture, and connection

❋ How it works
    • Guests arrive to a warm, beautifully set kitchen space.

    • An aperitif. A gentle introduction to the evening ahead.

    • The atmosphere is intimate — more like being welcomed into a home than attending a corporate event.

    • Guided by the host, guests are invited into the kitchen — as participants.

    • The evening is designed to create genuine aha moments — small, unexpected revelations about each other and food combinations.

    • The cuisine is authentic Chinese home cooking: layered, aromatic, full of story and cultural depth.

    • This is the heart of the evening — where conversation flows freely, connections deepen, and the distance of business gives way to something genuinely human.

    • The night is not only about the action of cooking

    • Guests leave not just with a full stomach, but with a shared story — and a connection to each other, and to your brand, that no conference room could have created.

A World-Class Chef at the Helm

Peter Offenhäuser opened Germany's first cooking school over 30 years ago and has cooked for many global icons. His presence alone transforms an evening into an occasion — and his rare ability to make every guest feel completely at ease in a kitchen is something no catering service can replicate.
