❋ Program - Project Simulator
This is Not a Cooking Class.
It’s a Live Project.
Plan it. Lead it. Deliver it. Under real pressure.
❋ WHAT IS THIS PROGRAMFrom Project Room to
Cookroom
Most project management training ends with a certificate. This one ends with a dinner — one your team planned, organised, and delivered from scratch.
The Project Simulator is a full-scale live simulation where participants take on real project roles, form sub-teams, manage stakeholders, handle unexpected challenges, and deliver a complete dinner event for the entire group. The kitchen is the project environment. The dinner is the deliverable. Everything in between is real project management — lived, not studied.
“Project management isn't abstract.
Here, it's dinner.”
The Kitchen Mirrors the Project Room. Perfectly!
Every bottleneck, every miscommunication, every last-minute pivot — it all happens here. For real.
Scope & Planning — The team decides the menu, selects the dishes, maps out what needs to happen
Stakeholder Management — Serving the full group on time, and everybody is waiting
Risk & Adaptability — Ingredients behave unexpectedly. The team must keep moving — together
❋ How it works
-
Arrival of participants
A refreshing aperitif to welcome you (with or without alcohol)
Project Kickoff: The team receives the brief: deliver a complete dinner event for the full group. Roles are assigned. Sub-teams are formed. The clock starts.
-
Menu decisions. Task allocation. Timeline. Resource management. Stakeholder alignment.
Everything a real project kick-off demands — in a fraction of the time.
-
Sub-teams take their stations. Cooking, table setting, service planning, and event coordination happen simultaneously.
Pressure is real. Decisions matter.
-
The dinner is served — to the whole group, by the team that built it.
A structured debrief follows: what worked, what didn't, and what every participant will do differently back at the office.
Agenda
“One Team. One Mission. One Dinner.”
“Integrated application of PM frameworks
under real time pressure.”
❋ The simulation ends. The learning doesn't.What Goes Back to the Office
Frameworks that Actually Stick
PM tools — Team has lived them under pressure. Planning, prioritisation, scope management, and stakeholder communication move from concepts on a slide to reflexes in the body.
Leadership Practiced, Not Performed
Real decisions. Real consequences. Participants practice the leadership behaviours that matter most — making calls under uncertainty, and recovering when things don't go to plan.
Confidence in the Unexpected
Projects never go as planned. Scope changes. Bottlenecks appear. Participants experience firsthand what it feels like to adapt without losing momentum — and leave with the confidence to do it again.
